CSR policy

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is also known as corporate responsibility, social responsibility, sustainability, or triple bottom line. Regardless of the term used, it revolves around companies taking responsibility for their social and environmental impact. It is about conducting business in a way that minimizes negative impacts and maximizes positive value for people, the environment, and the economy.

The Global Compact is a voluntary UN initiative that calls on companies and organizations to commit to ten universal principles related to human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption. These principles serve as a guide for companies to integrate responsibility and sustainability into their business strategy and daily activities. The Global Compact principles have been added to this CSR policy:

1. Purpose

We are dedicated to running a business in a sustainable and responsible manner. We are committed to making a positive impact on society, the environment, and our stakeholders, including customers, employees, suppliers, and the local community.

2. Ethics and responsibility

We will always uphold the highest ethical standards in all our operations. Our employees and management must act honestly, fairly, and with integrity. We take responsibility for our decisions and are responsible for the consequences of our actions.

3. Human rights

We will respect and support the protection of human rights as proclaimed in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We will not participate in or contribute to violations of human rights, either directly or indirectly.

4. Labor rights

We will respect the international labour standards as defined by the International Labor Organization (ILO) e.g., by banning forced labour and child labour as well as protecting workers' right to organize and bargain collectively.

5. Environmental sustainability

We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and working towards sustainable business practices. We are constantly working to reduce our CO2 emissions, water consumption and waste volumes. Furthermore, we will promote energy efficiency and the use of recyclable materials.

6. Anti-corruption

We will fight corruption in all its forms and actively take steps to prevent corruption within our organization. We will maintain transparency, accountability, and integrity in our business practices.

7. Employee welfare

We value our employees as our most important asset. We will guarantee a safe and inclusive working environment that promotes well-being and development. All employees have the right to equal opportunity and fair treatment regardless of gender, race, religion, or other factors.

8. Stakeholder relations

We collaborate closely with our stakeholders to identify their needs, concerns, and expectations. We will be transparent in our communications and include their input in our decision-making process.

9. Supply chain and production

We collaborate with our suppliers to promote sustainability throughout the supply chain. We prioritize suppliers who share our values and commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

10. Community engagement

We will contribute positively to the communities we operate in. We are committed to supporting local initiatives, charities, and projects that address challenges within the community and promote sustainable development.

11. CSR goals.

We continuously monitor our CRS policy and constantly try to improve the qualitative goals.

12. Management and continuous improvement

The CSR policy will be integrated in all aspects of our business strategy and decision-making. We are committed to continuous improvement and review of our CSR initiatives to ensure that we live up to our commitments and best practices and that we are inspired by the Global Compact principles.

13. Global Compact

Inspired by UN Global Compact and implementation of these principles in our business, we confirm our commitment to contribute to a more sustainable and just world. We will continue to develop and strengthen our CSR initiatives to create positive accountability in everything we do.
