Repair and re-calibration

Should a defect occur, and your device needs to be repaired or does your equipment just need a check-up or a re-calibration, we are available to assist you with your enquiry.
 
When sending in a device for repair or calibration, please make sure that we get all the necessary information, i.e., information about the equipment, contact person and the requested service. There may also be special conditions regarding PO numbers, delivery and invoice addresses, which must be in place to ensure a fast and problem-free working procedure.
 
Please print and complete the service request below and include it when you send the instrument to us.
 
Make sure your equipment is covered by insurance throughout the process, i.e., from the time you ship it until it comes back from service!
